Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join MoneyBack’s O+O retail business. In this role you will help design and execute marketing and CRM campaigns that boost member engagement and support business growth across both offline and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end marketing and CRM projects with clear timelines and effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support customer‑focused marketing initiatives across offline and online channels.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive timely solutions.
• Maintain campaign documentation, status tracking and process improvements.
• Oversee ATL, BTL, social media and content execution while ensuring brand consistency.
• Apply a data‑driven approach to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
• Foster collaboration across teams to achieve shared business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong marketing acumen with awareness of market trends, customer behaviour and social topics.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Proven project‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering engaging experiences.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and build collaborative partnerships.
• Proactive, open‑minded and solutions‑oriented approach.
• Confidence in using data and insights to support decision‑making.
• Experience in brand/product marketing, CRM, loyalty, retail or customer engagement is an advantage.
