Assistant Marketing Manager – Social Media

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in the Social Media Team, you will lead a group of content creators, design and execute YesStyle’s content calendars, and drive strategies that boost promotions, brand awareness and audience engagement across global beauty and fashion audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term content goals for the creative team across all global social media platforms.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and productivity while maintaining high‑quality outputs.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor customer interactions and emerging social media trends to inform and optimise future campaign strategies.
• Oversee tone of voice and visual identity of all social channels to ensure strict brand consistency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximise organic exposure, engagement and achieve KPIs.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in social media or content creation.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong people‑management skills combined with hands‑on marketing communications experience.
• Creative, proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
