Assistant Product Manager - HPE

About the role

Ingram Micro, a leading technology company serving the global IT sales channel, is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Product Executive to support its product management team. The role covers administrative support, handling reseller and customer enquiries and coordinating logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the product management team
• Handle reseller and customer enquiries by email and by telephone, written and verbal
• Handle logistics and order processing duties
• Coordinate and communicate with the reseller logistics team on enquiries and problem solving
• Support product managers with events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing tasks when needed

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration; an IT industry background is ideal but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or service support, preferably in the IT / technical industry
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Sensitivity to numbers and good attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
