Associate Director of Sales

About the role

The Madison Group is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to lead full‑spectrum sales and business development activities across its premium lifestyle brands. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts and collaborate closely with design and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development to exceed revenue, profitability and product‑mix targets.
• Train, educate and market new brand value to key accounts and end users.
• Maintain high‑level sales activity, building relationships and educating partners on solutions.
• Present sales plans and forecasts to management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Assess team skill sets, create and manage individual development plans.
• Collaborate with in‑house designers on proposals and work efficiently across departments to meet corporate and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in interior design, premium kitchen/furnishing/lighting, or luxury retail/lifestyle sectors.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and passionate about work.
• Presentable, sociable and customer‑oriented with strong communication and networking abilities.
• Proficient in PC usage, particularly MS Office.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
