About the role
Invesco is seeking an Associate Director to lead product management for its private‑market real‑estate funds across the APAC region. You will become the subject‑matter expert for one or more IRE funds, driving fundraising, marketing, and investor relations while collaborating with portfolio managers, operations, and distribution teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as product manager for designated IRE funds and mandates, mastering all aspects of the products and coordinating with Portfolio Managers, Investment Operations, Client Portfolio Managers, Distribution, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate fundraising activities, manage target client lists and pipelines, provide product and market updates, support client meetings, due‑diligence processes, and marketing roadshows, and handle prospective client queries.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to raise the profile of IRE products, maintaining high‑quality collateral and digital tools in partnership with the IRE Marketing team.
- Work with the RFP team to ensure timely completion of Requests for Proposal, surveys, and questionnaires, securing necessary internal approvals before submission.
- Deliver exceptional investor‑relations service to IRE investors and clients, responding promptly to information requests and bespoke inquiries.
- Support IRE CPMs, the broader IRE team, and Distribution with accurate and timely information and materials.
- Coordinate investor communications, including managing fund inboxes, investor portals, query handling, regular update calls, investor meetings, and UAC meetings.
- Liaise with Transfer Agencies, the TA Oversight team, and Investor Onboarding to ensure smooth investor onboarding and ongoing activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product management or marketing for private‑market real‑estate funds.
- Ability to quickly become a subject‑matter expert and work effectively across multiple internal functions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with portfolio managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating fundraising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and investor communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to fund distribution.
