Associate Graphic Designer – 3D Focus

About the role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Associate Graphic Designer to develop high‑impact visual solutions for packaging, instructions, and e‑commerce assets. You will work under the guidance of Graphic Design Leaders, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts from initial ideas to production‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Develop package and instruction layouts based on brand DNA.
• Create packaging‑related presentation assets.
• Produce 3D renderings and animations.
• Apply QA and legal requirements to packaging and instructions.
• Design illustrations, iconography, logos, and informational graphics.
• Clip and retouch images.
• Collaborate with team members to meet milestones and delivery dates.
• Manage item‑level schedules and ensure alignment with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct and present trend research.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Word, and Excel.
• Expertise with at least two 3D software tools (e.g., Keyshot, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3ds Max).
• Experience with AI design tools such as Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Copilot, Vizcom, or Meshy (asset).
• Strong presentation abilities.
