Associate Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Associate, Product Marketing will support Invesco's Asia Pacific investment products by creating and maintaining marketing collateral, ensuring compliance, and contributing to corporate marketing initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and exposure to a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain collateral for Asia Pacific multi‑portfolio funds and separate accounts, including quarterly updates and due‑diligence support.
• Support wider corporate marketing projects such as investment strategy thought‑leadership, ESG communications, new‑business opportunities, and event production.
• Review collateral data, messaging, and design to align with Invesco brand guidelines.
• Manage the compliance review and approval process, advising colleagues and ensuring documents meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate compliance approvals to stakeholders and publish files on Invesco digital platforms.
• Provide clear data‑source instructions for quarterly manual updates.
• Assist in managing the team inbox and workload tracking for marketing requests.

Required profile

• Experience in financial or asset‑management environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Background in collateral production, data checking, content review, and design.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
