Associate / Senior Associate – Driver Operations

About the role

Lalamove is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to drive the success of Driver Operations across its global markets. You will act as the main bridge between functional departments and local driver teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure overall success of Driver Operations in assigned markets.
• Facilitate effective communication between functional departments and local driver operations.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on local challenges and opportunities.
• Help markets adopt proven solutions and standards.
• Plan, execute, and review data‑driven initiatives to address new problems.
• Document and share learnings with other markets.

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast‑moving environment; e‑commerce or delivery platform experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with proven project‑management success.
• Excellent communication skills across regions and ability to empathise with diverse stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive, detail‑oriented and self‑initiated.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Tableau (preferred).
