Assurance Senior – Audit & Wealth Management – Hong Kong

About the role

As an Assurance Senior in EY’s External Audit team, you will provide independent audit services to clients in the wealth and asset management sector in Hong Kong. You will work closely with managers to plan, execute and deliver audit engagements, ensuring high‑quality financial reporting and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements for wealth‑management clients.
• Perform complex audit procedures, assess risks and develop audit strategies.
• Prepare reports, schedules and documentation for client review and audit committees.
• Maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams.
• Coach, supervise and review the work of junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with EY’s Quality & Risk Management guidelines.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or equivalent with several years of audit experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
