Audit Internship – Hong Kong

About the role

KPMG is seeking enthusiastic final‑year university students to join its Audit team in Hong Kong as interns. You will work alongside experienced auditors, applying data‑driven techniques to help clients ensure their financial statements present a true and fair view. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a global professional services environment and the chance to develop a solid foundation in audit and assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute day‑to‑day activities of audit and assurance engagements.
• Support the Engagement Manager with scoping, financial management and risk‑management activities.
• Identify, document and communicate audit findings.
• Deliver high‑quality work products in line with agreed plans, budgets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, from any discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑starter with good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in Hong Kong.
