AVP Finance – Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established financial services platform in Hong Kong to recruit an AVP Finance. This senior finance leader will oversee regulatory reporting, treasury, and financial control functions while driving process automation and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SFC FRR regulatory returns for licensed entities.
• Manage financial control, month‑end closing, and management reporting.
• Oversee treasury activities, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Coordinate audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead process‑improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide team leadership and stakeholder management across the business.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or regulatory reporting.
• Hands‑on FRR reporting experience within SFC‑licensed corporations.
• Background in securities, brokerage, wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with SFO, client‑money rules and related regulatory requirements.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
