Branch Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead daily store operations, building a high‑performing service team while ensuring consistent brand experience. This role combines operational oversight, customer service excellence, and localized marketing to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate staff to create a high‑performing service team.
• Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures and service guidelines.
• Plan and execute localized marketing initiatives using online and offline channels.
• Monitor store KPIs, analyse trends and adjust strategies to meet performance targets.
• Handle client complaints and on‑site emergencies while maintaining compliance standards.
• Execute headquarters’ operational and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher with proven offline store‑operations experience.
• Background in the financial industry (securities, banking, insurance) preferred.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong/US stock brokerage and personal investing experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership, customer‑centric mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Must hold (or obtain before probation) SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licence.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
