Broadcast Marketing Executive (Asset Library, 1-Year Contract)

About the role

Disney is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Broadcast Marketing Executive to manage its digital asset library and support post-production activities. The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure video footage and marketing content are handled smoothly. It is a full-time position on a 1-year contract based in Lantau Island, Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize the digital asset library, including footage ingestion, file conversions and uploads/downloads.
• Support post-production workflows and coordinate with creative teams and external editors.
• Perform simple video edits when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billings, vendor contracts and meeting scheduling.
• Ensure video assets meet Disney brand standards and project timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or above; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in video production, media or TV-related fields.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of video formats and hands-on skills in Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
