Business Assistant (EPC / Construction / MEP)

About the role

Our client is a leading enterprise in digital infrastructure construction and data centre EPC services, expanding its footprint in Hong Kong. They are looking for a meticulous Business Assistant to support local contract administration, supplier coordination and project settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing local business contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations.
• Maintain active communication with M&E subcontractors and material suppliers; collect quotations and perform price‑comparison analysis.
• Verify project progress documents, track invoices, process payment applications and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Act as the communication bridge between HQ project teams and local finance/administration divisions.
• Establish and maintain a traceable archive of contracts, quotations and payment vouchers for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Legally authorised to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship; experience in Hong Kong import/export trade is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Engineering Management, Finance or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in business assistance, project support or sales administration; background in construction, M&E engineering or data‑centre industry is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; professional business English for handling contracts and official documents.
• Strong data‑validation skills, logical thinking and ability to follow up cross‑functional projects.
