Business Development Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Hong Kong and the South China region. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
• Develop and nurture networks with key decision‑makers and customers.
• Manage commercial contracts, tenders and negotiations to meet financial KPIs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations and marketing materials.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, operations teams and management to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in contract logistics, transport, freight forwarding or supply‑chain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong and South China market.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and winning new business.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
