Business Development Manager (Payments)

About the role

YeahPay is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with 2‑4 years of experience in digital, online, or offline payment services. You will drive merchant acquisition and support the company’s growth across multiple payment channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, prospect potential merchants, deliver persuasive pitches, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding to expand the merchant base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, payment service providers, banks, aggregators, and other payment partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing merchant lifecycle support.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings and pricing to improve YeahPay’s market positioning.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new payment channels, cross‑border acquiring, and value‑added services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience supporting SME or mid‑market merchants in the payments industry.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online and offline payment systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
