Business Development Officer

About the role

Dash Living is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive corporate sales and leasing opportunities for its portfolio of furnished apartments. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and converting prospects into long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell monthly furnished apartments to corporate customers based on their accommodation needs.
• Generate leads, establish relationships with key contacts at prospective clients, and convert prospects into new customers.
• Develop tailored proposals that address explicit client requirements.
• Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and expand the customer database, tracking referrals and lead sources.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to fulfil guest service requests and ensure smooth contract and invoicing processes.
• Report sales strategy updates and performance metrics to headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate, OTA, or hotel industry.
• Strong Cantonese and English communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Ability to work with various cloud platforms.
