Business Development Specialist

About the role

Orderly Network is building an order‑book based trading infrastructure that powers spot and perpetual futures markets across multiple blockchains. As a Business Development Specialist you will join the Partnership team to accelerate ecosystem growth by identifying, engaging, and supporting builders and partners that leverage Orderly’s core services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners across DeFi, gaming, NFT, infrastructure and other verticals using CRM tools and data‑driven tracking.
• Apply a funnel‑based framework to partner outreach: identify, qualify, engage, activate, and grow relationships with clear metrics at each stage.
• Develop and execute new growth initiatives that expand the Orderly ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end ecosystem initiatives.
• Engage with builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers to drive partnership activation.
• Manage grant programs and hackathon participation to attract developers and encourage composability.
• Research emerging protocols and verticals; work with L1/L2 ecosystems to promote token utility and cross‑chain adoption.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date partner database with status tracking, next‑step actions, and follow‑up cadences.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, able to switch seamlessly between both languages in business settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in systematic pipeline management and data‑driven tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Ability to design and monitor funnel metrics for partnership development.
