About the role
The Call Center Service Agent will oversee daily operations of the hotel’s call centre, delivering professional assistance to guests and ensuring smooth communication across channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily call‑centre activities.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain service quality standards and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in a large hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
