Call Centre Officer – Full‑Time Rotating Shifts

About the role

Join a leading, award‑winning call centre that operates 24/7 and supports customers in more than 15 languages. As a Call Centre Officer you will work on inbound calls, updating customer information and strengthening relationships without the pressure of cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone to verify and update their details.
• Provide up‑to‑date information, answer queries and reinforce customer loyalty.
• Follow company policies, complete tasks promptly and aim for excellent service quality.

Required profile

• Retail background or career‑change candidates are welcome.
• Strong telephone etiquette, clear communication and a high standard of customer service.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with a positive mindset.
• Fluent in Cantonese (HKCEE/DSE level or above) and proficient in Chinese/English typing.
• Prior customer‑service experience is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Typing proficiency in Chinese and English.
