Cashier & Accounting Specialist

About the role

This role involves managing financial and accounting operations, including reimbursement tasks, cashier duties, revenue reconciliation, and day‑to‑day administration of financial records. You will support the Finance Manager with asset management and participate in company audits and inventory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reimbursement tasks, including managing receipts and conducting preliminary reviews of receipts in accordance with company policies.
• Perform cashier duties, prepare bank vouchers, and compile income and expenditure progress reports.
• Compile revenue statistics, reconcile revenue figures with the business team, and compile contract progress reports.
• Handle reporting for foreign‑related revenue and overseas payments, and maintain daily communication with banks.
• Assist the Finance Manager with asset management and participate regularly in company asset inventories and audits.
• Manage the day‑to‑day administration of financial and accounting records, including the binding of vouchers, financial statements, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
• Cooperate with various audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance‑related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a cashier.
• Financial professional qualification and a valid accounting certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience independently completing the full financial accounting process.
• Familiarity with the Enterprise Accounting System, national accounting regulations and tax policies.
• Proficiency in operating financial software and relevant office applications.
• Proactive, responsible, strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
