Cashier – Full-time, Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, on‑site Cashier to join our specialty coffee house in Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling orders and payments while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash and electronic payments.
• Issue receipts and manage cash drawers accurately.
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to maintain timely service.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter.
• Support the team during peak periods and busy shifts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated cash handling and POS operation skills with strong attention to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, including peak hours.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service or prior experience in retail, café, or hospitality settings.
• Comfort with standard operating procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and efficient queue management.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or other local languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn about specialty coffee and menu offerings.
• High school diploma or equivalent and eligibility to work in Hong Kong SAR.
