Channel Sales Manager – Hotels & Hospitality

About the role

Join Nespresso’s dynamic B2B team as a Channel Sales Manager, Hotels & Hospitality, driving growth across hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, and expand our premium coffee solutions in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and KPI targets while enhancing Nespresso’s brand presence within the HORECA segment.
• Develop and implement channel strategies, regularly reviewing performance metrics and market data to generate actionable insights.
• Take ownership of day‑to‑day decision‑making and lead initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.
• Expand and strengthen the customer base by identifying new prospects and nurturing long‑term partnerships.
• Manage and monitor the HORECA segment budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, principles, procedures, and relevant local laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B direct sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Work experience and network within the hotel, restaurant, or catering sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, influencing, leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Digital savvy with a strong commercial acumen.
