Client Development Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join LexisNexis as a Client Development Partner in Hong Kong. In this role you will work directly with senior legal stakeholders to drive adoption of our AI‑enabled solution, Protégé, and help shape the future of legal technology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Protégé in top accounts by working lawyer‑to‑lawyer with senior legal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and translate workflow priorities into practical AI‑enabled solutions.
• Deliver high‑impact demos and presentations that demonstrate how Protégé improves legal work and outcomes.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Directors to research prospects, execute pursuit strategies, and create new business opportunities.
• Manage customer engagement across the full client lifecycle, including pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
• Capture customer insights in CRM and feed learnings back to the business to shape future engagement.

Required profile

• Legally trained professional with a lawyer background (required).
• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in large law firms or in‑house corporate legal departments.
• Exposure to AI and cyber‑security practice areas is beneficial.
• Demonstrated AI fluency.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage partners and firm leadership and deliver persuasive presentations.
