About the role
The Client Relations Associate supports bank customers in Hong Kong by handling account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and a range of over‑the‑counter transactions. The role ensures accurate, efficient service while complying with regulatory and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform start‑ and end‑of‑day banking activities.
- Process over‑the‑counter transactions such as passbook issuance, checkbook issuance, certificates and bank certifications.
- Post and verify own transactions, including offline‑processed items.
- Handle client inquiries on rates, product features and related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to KYC, AMLA, data‑privacy and service‑quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the role.
- At least one year of customer‑service experience in a bank, with ability to process transactions accurately and comply with KYC requirements.
- Hong Kong citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
