Communication & Editorial Specialist – 5‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

This position supports Natixis CIB’s communication strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region during a five‑month maternity cover. The specialist will manage media relations, produce editorial content for both external and internal audiences, and oversee digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead media relations across APAC, coordinating with the head office and external PR agencies.
• Prepare and distribute press releases for the APAC platform.
• Organise press conferences in Hong Kong and other APAC locations, including virtual events.
• Respond to journalist enquiries and develop strategies to increase the bank’s share of voice.
• Research, co‑write and produce a quarterly thematic newsletter for APAC clients.
• Collaborate with business lines to promote initiatives through the website, social media and newsletters.
• Research, write and publish a monthly internal newsletter for APAC staff.
• Create content for global internal publications and manage contributions to internal social networks.
• Maintain regional web pages and develop external social‑media channels.
• Support the creation and update of marketing brochures and other editorial materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media relations and corporate communications, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong writing and editorial skills for both external and internal audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple APAC locations.
• Experience organising press events and handling journalist enquiries.
• Familiarity with producing newsletters and managing digital content.
