Company Secretarial Executive (Hong Kong, Hybrid)

About the role

Sleek handles company secretarial, accounting and tax work for around 15,000 small businesses across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the UK. As a Company Secretarial Executive in its Hong Kong team, you will look after your own portfolio of Hong Kong private companies. In-house automation tools take care of much of the manual admin. The role is hybrid: 2 days in the Central office and 3 days from home.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate Hong Kong private companies and handle deregistrations
• Prepare and file annual returns (NAR1) and business registration renewals
• Process director and company secretary changes (ND2A/ND2B)
• Keep statutory registers up to date, including the Significant Controllers Register
• Handle share transfers and allotments
• Draft board and shareholder resolutions, AGM and EGM documents and minutes
• Track filing deadlines across the portfolio and keep clients informed

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Hong Kong company secretarial work, at a corporate services provider, CPA firm, law firm or in-house; more experience moves you toward the higher end of the salary range
• Working knowledge of the Companies Ordinance and Companies Registry filings
• Fluent written and spoken English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin
• Care with detail and the ability to manage your own deadlines

Nice to have

• HKCGI student or graduate membership
• Both Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience using AI in day-to-day work

What we offer

• HK$28,000 to HK$38,000 per month depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus
• 15 days' annual leave and a HK$7,000 yearly wellness allowance
• Hybrid working and the option to work from anywhere for 1 month a year
