Concierge – Front‑of‑House Hospitality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Concierge to deliver a warm, hospitality‑driven experience to visitors, guests, and senior stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, manage inquiries, answer calls and respond to email requests promptly and courteously.
• Handle visitor registration, badge issuance, and reporting while complying with security and workplace protocols.
• Escort and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to meeting rooms, event spaces, and other designated locations.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional concierge and reception area at all times.
• Support workplace experience initiatives, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and corporate events.
• Monitor service requests, feedback, and complaints to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Provide general administrative support such as meeting‑room coordination and office communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve hospitality standards and increase guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, front‑office, guest relations, concierge services, customer service, reception, or similar client‑facing roles.
• Experience with hotels, premium hospitality brands, airline customer service, executive lounges, or corporate concierge environments is highly preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a hospitality‑first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities; composure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with visitor‑management and room‑booking systems.
