Corporate Finance Analyst – Investment Banking

About the role

Natixis CIB is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its Corporate Finance Team. You will support senior bankers in delivering advisory, financing, and capital‑markets solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed transactional, financial and credit analysis, preparing reports and memos for internal valuation.
• Create presentation materials for client meetings covering strategic alternatives and capital‑markets activity.
• Build and maintain financial, market and credit models to assess performance under various scenarios.
• Conduct extensive valuation, due‑diligence, and industry/company research.
• Coordinate execution efforts with deal‑team members across the bank.
• Support senior investment‑banking professionals in generating new business ideas and marketing leads.
• Attend client meetings when possible to gain exposure to deal processes.

Required profile

• Master’s or University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, a Big 4 accounting firm, or private equity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex financial structures.

Required skills

• Financial modelling aptitude.
• Advanced knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, LBO).
• Thorough understanding of corporate‑finance products and deal execution processes.
