Corporate Finance Analyst – M&A & Business Development

About the role

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a proactive Corporate Finance Analyst to support merger & acquisition and business development activities across multiple regions, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States and South‑East Asia. You will work closely with the General Manager of Corporate Development and contribute to investment appraisal, deal execution and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute corporate transactions, new investment opportunities and special projects across the regions.
• Lead negotiations and execution of M&A and investment projects.
• Liaise with internal and external parties (legal, accounting, tax, commercial, operations) on transaction matters.
• Conduct valuations and oversee due‑diligence processes.
• Negotiate transaction documentation and advise on deal structuring.
• Monitor post‑investment performance and contract compliance.
• Prepare investment papers and financial analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university (preferred).
• CPA and/or CFA qualification.
• 3‑8 years of experience, including corporate in‑house M&A, investment banking or major international accounting firm background.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or retail is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and business‑acumen skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel.
