Corporate Tax Manager, Tax Advisory & Transfer Pricing

About the role

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead transfer pricing advisory and compliance for multinational clients in Hong Kong. The role offers the chance to work on complex cross‑border transactions within an international, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer pricing advisory engagements across diverse industries.
• Advise clients on planning, risk management, business restructuring, supply‑chain optimisation and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare, review and oversee transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies.
• Provide transfer pricing advice for M&A, IPOs, intellectual‑property planning, financing arrangements and other complex deals.
• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies aligned with business operations and regulatory requirements.
• Review technical reports, benchmarking analyses and client deliverables to ensure technical excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, Law or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• More than 6 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably from a Big Four or reputable professional services firm.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
