About the role
Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Custody transformation projects for top‑tier financial institutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, product owners, and technology teams to deliver end‑to‑end securities lifecycle improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Custody transformation initiatives, gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Analyze custody operating models, identify efficiency and automation opportunities, and develop target operating models and future‑state processes.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in Global Custody, Securities Services, or financial services consulting.
- Proven Business Analyst skills with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
