Customer Relations Officer – Customer Service Centres

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer will join the Customer Experience Department of a utility provider, working in a Customer Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering responsive, caring, and cost‑effective service for electricity supply applications and related enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient customer service for electricity supply applications and enquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
• Promote and upsell digital services, products, and energy‑efficiency solutions.
• Offer product advisory for electric appliances within the store.
• Support general centre operations, inventory management, and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduate with at least five subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) and a minimum of two years’ customer‑service experience, OR a diploma/degree in business or a related field.
• Team player with high adaptability to change.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities; able to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
• Willingness to rotate across different store locations and work on a rostered schedule.
