Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will deliver first‑class support to our customers and insurance partners, handling inquiries, service requests and complaints across multiple channels. You will work closely with service providers to ensure timely resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls, as well as respond to emails, providing accurate and professional assistance.
• Process service requests, coordinate with repair centres and logistics partners, and keep customers informed of progress.
• Manage the full complaints lifecycle from receipt to resolution, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in MS Office and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the contact centre operations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Demonstrated impact‑driven mindset, aligning actions with team objectives.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to prioritize urgent issues.
• Collaborative attitude, supporting team goals and sharing knowledge.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
