DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Wizpresso is seeking a hands‑on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers its enterprise AI‑enabled SaaS products. You will collaborate with software, AI, product and implementation teams to deliver secure, scalable and highly available services for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS (or Azure/GCP) for AI‑driven applications.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.) across all environments.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, using Helm charts where appropriate.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar tools.
• Monitor performance, health and security using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and preventive engineering.
• Establish backup, disaster‑recovery, business‑continuity and high‑availability practices.
• Maintain cloud security standards, IAM, secrets management, network segmentation and audit logging.
• Support customer deployments in private cloud, VPC or on‑premise environments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud platform engineering.
• Strong production experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD tools, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proficient in Linux administration, networking and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging and alerting for production systems.
• Good understanding of cloud security, access control and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
