Digital Engagement and Social Media Specialist – Investor Relations & Financial Services

About the role

A leading international advisory firm is seeking a Digital Engagement and Social Media Specialist to join its Hong Kong team. The role focuses on corporate and marketing communications, digital influence, and web presence, with a particular emphasis on investor‑relations content across both China‑centric and global social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the firm and its clients on content development and social media engagement strategies across a wide range of services.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables for social media and digital content on client projects.
• Shape brand storytelling, narrative positioning, and overall content strategy.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for social media content and strategy for the regional office.
• Collaborate with clients on brand campaigns and manage presence on both China‑specific and international platforms.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, new media, journalism, corporate communications or a related field.
• Understanding of investor‑relations communications for publicly listed companies.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in communications, social media, digital marketing and content development, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
• Creative, ideas‑driven mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
