Digital IC Verification Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a new‑graduate Digital IC Verification Engineer to join its verification team. You will work on functional and system‑level verification of digital and mixed‑signal ASICs used in power management, automotive, LED lighting, networking and charging applications.

Key responsibilities

• Complete verification of digital and mixed‑signal chips, including building verification platforms and test cases.
• Develop module‑level and system‑level verification models and write verification documentation to capture test results and coverage.
• Use Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM and verification IP to create and run test cases.
• Perform RTL simulation, coverage analysis, netlist‑level and mixed‑signal simulation, and assist with FPGA verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering or a related field (ASIC verification background preferred).
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills with good team communication.
• Ability to follow defined processes independently and deliver high‑quality work.

Required skills
