Digital Marketing Manager – Automotive Brands (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead multi‑channel strategies and performance campaigns for our diverse portfolio of automotive brands, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and high‑quality lead generation across the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive, multi‑brand digital marketing strategies tailored to Hong Kong’s fast‑paced automotive sector.
• Optimize performance marketing funnels to lower cost‑per‑lead and track conversion rates from digital touchpoints to physical showroom visits.
• Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns across websites, SEO/SEM, social media, display, and CRM channels to drive high‑intent traffic to showrooms.
• Manage digital budgets, build dashboards to track ROI, traffic, leads and conversion metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and train the marketing team on modern digital tools and data use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related discipline.
• Minimum 10‑12 years of experience in digital marketing including CRM, with proven experience in lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration experience, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).

Required skills

• Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM/AEO, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Shopify.
• AI tools such as Canva, Manus, Perplexity.
• Content management systems, social media platforms, UX/UI principles.
