Digital Marketing Manager I

About the role

Sun Life Hong Kong is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager I to lead its digital acquisition, website, and growth initiatives. You will shape the online experience for clients, drive organic traffic, and champion AI‑enabled marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital marketing and lead‑generation projects, from requirement gathering to post‑launch optimisation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Marketing, IT, Compliance, Operations, Data Analytics and external vendors.
• Serve as webmaster for SunLife.com.hk, ensuring content quality, functionality, governance and optimal customer experience.
• Monitor site performance and user behaviour using Adobe Analytics and other tools.
• Develop and execute SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), referral and content‑marketing strategies to boost organic growth.
• Identify and adopt AI opportunities for content creation and creative production.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management expertise with a track record of delivering digital initiatives.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to improve performance.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and external partners.
