Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of web‑based marketing initiatives across e‑commerce channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director – International, the role works closely with corporate and global teams to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for e‑commerce platforms.
• Create and manage direct mail and email list acquisition campaigns, including segmentation and post‑campaign analysis.
• Oversee content creation for direct customer communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform future campaigns.
• Measure cross‑channel performance, provide analytics, and deliver insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage direct mail expense budget and report on actual versus planned spend.
• Lead, coach, and develop the digital marketing team, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Paid Search team to manage regional paid search programs.
• Perform customer profiling and segmentation to optimize acquisition efforts.
• Localize technical content for new products and applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience marketing products and identifying opportunities within a defined region.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, internet business, and ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in a multinational or electronics distribution environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and ability to manage teams in line with company policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
