Digital Marketing Manager – Taikoo Place

About the role

As the Manager of Marketing & Promotions you will lead the digital marketing, content, social media and digital platform strategy for a flagship commercial portfolio at Taikoo Place. You will shape engaging digital experiences, drive impactful campaigns and introduce innovative technologies to enhance tenant and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team responsible for digital marketing, platforms, content and social media.
• Design and execute digital marketing strategies that support business, communication and tenant‑engagement objectives.
• Manage digital assets such as websites, mobile apps, digital directories, signage and other customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Drive new digital initiatives, app features and user experiences that strengthen placemaking.
• Partner with external agencies, technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, digital platforms or customer engagement.
• Proven track record managing websites, mobile apps, digital campaigns and delivering digital innovation projects.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics and digital asset management systems.
• Experience overseeing mobile app lifecycle, UX/UI improvements and performance tracking.
• Strong project‑management capabilities handling multiple stakeholders.
