Director, Client Consulting, CMS, Stablecoin, AI & Fintech Innovation

About the role

Visa is expanding its consulting leadership in Hong Kong to help clients navigate the rapid growth of commercial money movements, stablecoin regulation, AI‑enabled services and fintech partnerships. As a Director of Client Consulting you will lead high‑impact engagements, shape new service offerings and act as a thought leader for next‑generation payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales engagement and pipeline development across Hong Kong clients in CMS, stablecoin, AI and fintech domains.
• Design and launch new consulting propositions covering digital assets, AI‑driven financial services and emerging payment technologies.
• Manage complex consulting projects, delivering executive‑level insights and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Visa product, risk and innovation teams to integrate solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Represent Visa externally as a thought leader and industry speaker.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, banking, payments, fintech or related financial services.
• Proven track record of originating and closing consulting engagements with senior clients.
• Deep understanding of payments, commercial money movements, digital assets and the stablecoin ecosystem.
• Experience translating AI insights into business impact and delivering AI‑driven use cases.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience working in Hong Kong or the broader APAC region is preferred.
