Director – Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Lee Kum Kee Sauce is seeking a Director of Human Resources Business Partner to lead its global corporate HRBP function. Based at the Hong Kong headquarters, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Global Leadership Team and senior business leaders, translating business priorities into people and organisation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Management Team to provide forward‑looking people advice and challenge assumptions.
• Advise on organisation design, workforce planning, operating models, role clarity and capability requirements.
• Lead the people agenda for major change and transformation, identifying organisational risks and presenting practical options.
• Drive leadership and talent reviews, succession planning, critical‑role pipelines and development actions in partnership with Talent and other HR Centres of Excellence.
• Define and embed standards for stakeholder management, problem diagnosis, solution design and execution across the HRBP function.
• Coach and develop global HRBP teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality support for corporate functions.
