About the role

Director, Marketing – Lifestyle (ASPAC) leads the strategic marketing for Hyatt’s Lifestyle hotels and food‑and‑beverage concepts across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role shapes 360‑degree campaigns, storytelling and partnership initiatives that drive brand relevance and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and guide room‑package and F&B promotional strategies, including storytelling, social‑media partnerships and media relationships.
• Collaborate with property marketing and design teams to set visual standards and content direction for all marketing assets.
• Identify and manage brand collaborations, strategic beverage partnerships and co‑branding opportunities.
• Oversee digital marketing execution, ensuring SEO‑optimized web content, email campaigns and social channels align with brand guidelines.
• Report on marketing KPIs, analytics and campaign results to senior leadership and recommend performance optimisations.
• Develop opening and promotional strategies for new hotel and F&B outlets, including award and accolade pursuits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel and F&B marketing at a regional or global level.
• Creative vision combined with cultural insight and commercial acumen.
• Strong ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and external brands.
• Analytical mindset with experience presenting data‑driven results.
