Director, People Advisory APAC

About the role

As a Director of People Advisory for the Asia‑Pacific region at Aon, you will lead the centre of excellence, bridging global expertise with local consulting capabilities to drive advisory opportunities and support large, complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sell advisory services across human‑capital areas such as M&A, organisational transformation, total rewards and strategic communication.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and contribute to topline growth through cross‑solution collaboration.
• Create and disseminate advisory content, including research, white papers, speeches and webcasts.
• Mentor and develop the technical and consulting skills of team members, supporting capability and offering development.
• Apply industry knowledge and client‑segment trends to shape product and advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10‑15 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of talent advisory, HR strategy, employee value proposition and culture change.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
