Director, Private Markets Real Estate – APAC

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Director to lead its Private Markets Real Estate product team across the APAC region. The role will oversee product management, marketing support and client services for direct real estate and co‑mingled funds, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the APAC Real Estate Product Management department, including marketing support and client services.
• Serve as the real‑estate product specialist for regional products and handle client, consultant and prospect inquiries.
• Assist in designing new co‑mingled fund structures investing in direct APAC real estate.
• Ensure APAC product governance complies with Invesco and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with the Global Product team to maintain global consistency and coordinate client relationship management.
• Support strategic planning for all APAC co‑mingled funds.
• Provide follow‑up materials to client portfolio managers and sales teams for prospect and consultant relationships.
• Participate in on‑site client and prospect due‑diligence meetings and prepare related materials.
• Direct production and coordination of direct real‑estate RFPs, ensuring global continuity.
• Oversee client onboarding for direct real‑estate co‑mingled funds, working with AML/KYC, legal and compliance teams.
• Manage client and prospect databases, including processing information on Viaduct, Investran and Salesforce.
• Coordinate fund communications, quarterly/annual reporting and mass communications to real‑estate clients, consultants and prospects.
• Organize quarterly investor calls, annual investor meetings and unitholder advisory committee meetings.
