Distribution Center Operations Executive

About the role

The Distribution Center Operations Executive will coordinate with the warehouse operations team to ensure operational efficiency, maintain records, review SOPs, manage vendor performance, and support internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Review and update standard operating procedures as needed.
• Work with third‑party vendors and monitor their performance.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Prepare regular operational reports and KPIs for management.
• Conduct SOP trainings for internal staff.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks or projects assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• High Diploma in a supply‑chain related area.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution centre operations.
• Proven skill in problem analysis with logical thinking.
• Fluency in the local language and English, both written and spoken.
