Driver Support Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Driver Support Operations Specialist to guide driver partners through onboarding, assist them with the mobile app, and ensure high‑quality support throughout their journey. You will act as the primary point of contact for complex driver issues, both inbound and outbound, and help improve operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual, phone, and face‑to‑face assistance to driver partners during onboarding and daily operations.
• Walk drivers through the app, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve issues that lack documented procedures.
• Handle phone and ticket‑based cases, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support broader initiatives and continuously improve support workflows.
• Maintain strong communication with drivers via phone, messaging, or in‑person interactions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Cantonese is mandatory; English fluency is preferred.
• Self‑driven, independent, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge persuasively and solve problems efficiently.
