Enterprise Solution Architect – ERP & Digital Transformation

About the role

The Enterprise Solution Architect will lead the definition and governance of HAECO's enterprise architecture across its Transformation & Technology division. This senior position shapes technology road‑maps, ensures alignment with business priorities, and drives secure, scalable solutions for aviation MRO operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, target‑state designs and technology road‑maps for the organisation.
• Establish governance processes, review forums and reference architectures to guarantee consistency and long‑term sustainability.
• Lead design and review of ERP, AMOS, HR, Finance, digital workplace, mobile, IoT and AI initiatives.
• Govern integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, event‑driven patterns and data exchange mechanisms.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and technology investments against security, scalability and supportability criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, Group IT and external partners to deliver reusable, well‑governed solutions.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application and integration architecture, solution lifecycle management and technology governance.
• Experience with ERP, MRO, HR, Finance and workflow platforms.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, cloud platforms and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, architecture review boards and design authority practices.
• Exposure to AI solution architecture, Responsible AI and AI platform integration patterns.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
