IT Support Analyst – Asia

About the role

The IT Support Analyst will deliver high‑quality IT support to users in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices, working as part of the International Support team. The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to maintaining reliable IT services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone, remote and face‑to‑face support to users, handling incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and lifecycle‑manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals using Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
• Support printers, multi‑functional devices and secure printing solutions.
• Assist with setup and support of virtual meetings, presentations and meeting‑room technologies.
• Maintain accurate asset records in the IT asset management system and create knowledge articles.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a busy IT support team, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and work under pressure.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and independent working abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) proficiency.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, software setup and configuration.
• Experience with mobile device support and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM).
• Active Directory user administration.
• Understanding of software deployment technologies and ITIL service management principles.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage and legal applications like InterAction and Intapp.
